BIO

I am currently a software engineer working with Microsoft in Redmond. Prior to that I worked with Comcast in Philadelphia for 4 years. I started my undergraduate studies in Computer Science at the Delaware County Community College and Completed it at Drexel University. I completed this in tandem with a Minor in Business Administration. In 2019 I completed my graduate studies in Cybersecurity.

Working within the COSINE organization. I work on systems that facilitate the delivery of Updates for Windows, Hololens, IoT devices, etc.

Comcast

Software Engineer II

Maintain and update a Rails Web application that wraps around Nagios monitoring platform to provide an intuitive UI. Actively involved in architecting applications and deployment infrastructure. Infrastructure setup is done primarily in AWS. Lead development of a monitoring tool that interacts with Kafka, Mesos and Splunk servers. This automated a manual process that was taking up to 30 minutes per check. Integrated CircleCI into our deployment process cutting down on deployment time by over 50 percent. Perform code reviews within the team and also peered with junior programmers on a regular basis.

Comcast

Junior Developer CO-OP

Created and maintained diagnostic tools that perform health checks on various systems upon the creation of bug tickets in ServiceNow using webhooks. Collaborated with other COOPs to create a proof of concept system integrating Comcast’s voice recognition system with customer care capabilities. Performed migration of system infrastructures from OpenStack to AWS.
